What's actually on the contract

  • Can I switch tiers mid-month?
    Yes. Upgrade from Solo to Crew up-tariff immediately and the prorated charge clears at the next cycle. Downgrading waits for the next renewal so the seat-roster has time to settle.
  • What does the credit pack actually buy?
    Five IRIS interviews on the shared project memory — the demand-signal roll-up lands in your deck at the end, so you keep the read even if the credits burn through before validation closes.
  • Is there a refund if the cohort closes?
    Yes. Refund within 14 days, no questions asked. The crew is calibrated for the operator who already has a wedge worth shipping, not for the hunt-and-peck crowd.
  • Do I need a Stripe account to check out?
    No. Stripe-hosted checkout runs in a new tab and accepts any buyer-side payment method Stripe supports in your country. The Monomyth side never sees your card.
